The new European Union law regarding the protection of personal data, GDPR (“General Data Protection Regulation”), came into force on May 25, 2016, but began to take effect on May 25, 2018. We are Ideal Thrust Residence SRL, a Romanian legal entity with registered office at Str. Alexandru Ioan Cuza, No. 29, Municipality of Arad, Arad County, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2024021903007, VAT no. 50541835.

WHAT DOES THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA MEAN?

“Processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, with or without automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

The personal data that will be processed from the www.greenparkarad.ro website are: name/surname, phone, and email. For the purpose of carrying out a real estate transaction related to the purchase of a property, we may also request details such as the series and number of the identity card, marital status, personal identification number (CNP), age, citizenship, date of birth, and data resulting from property deeds (including property history, as well as excerpts from the Land Registry related to properties owned).

The personal data controller (hereinafter “controller”) is Ideal Thrust Residence SRL.

Ideal Thrust Residence SRL undertakes to comply with the personal data protection principles (hereinafter “Principles”) set out in the GDPR to ensure that all data is:

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a series of rights regarding the personal data that Ideal Thrust Residence SRL processes:

  1. Right of access to processed data – You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you. The first provision of such information will be made free of charge. If you require additional copies of the information already provided, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. Clearly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests may not receive a response.

    • The controller no longer needs the data for processing, but it is required by you for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
    • You have objected to processing based on legitimate grounds pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override yours.
  5. Right to data portability – You have the right to move, copy, or transfer the data you provided from our database to another. This applies only to data you have provided, where processing is based on your consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means.
  6. Right to object – You can object at any time to the processing of your data when such processing is based on a legitimate interest.
  7. Right to withdraw consent at any time – You can withdraw your consent for the processing of your data whenever the processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  8. Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority – You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence or domicile to challenge the data protection practices offered by Ideal Thrust Residence SRL.
  9. Right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes – You can unsubscribe or opt out of our direct marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or message we send you.
  10. Right to object to our processing of your data when we act in the public interest or in our legitimate interests or those of a third party – You can object at any time to such processing.
